Our founder, Niloufar Banisaied, has over ten years of experience in the hospitality world. In 2017, driven by her passion for healthy living, she wanted to open a esthetically pleasing and drink destination with a focus on delicacies that were not only stunning but delicious, too.
That same year, we opened our first café destination in the heart of Kuwait. Fast forward to today, after many more successful site openings across the UAE, HIBYE COFFEE has become one of the most Instagrammable destinations in the world, with our zen vibes, minimalistic interiors, and alternative lattes taking social media by storm. Our brand embodies creativity, style, and optimism, and our dedicated team of baristas, chefs, marketers, and industry experts work together to bring the HIBYE COFFEE vision to life.

This little cafe is a dessert lover’s paradise in London! The tarts are a perfect balance of sweetness and flavor, and everything they have to offer is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. The setting alone is a work of art. Everything is so charming and beautifully pink. It is a truly Instagrammable restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I can confidently say I was an extremely satisfied customer!
